- Current address of a physician's practice
- Physician's academic background
- States in which a physician is licensed to practice
- Any honors bestowed upon a physician
- Any certificates a physician has received
- The Drug Enforcement Administration's (D.E.A.) list of sanctioned physicians
- The Food and Drug Administration's (F.D.A.) list of sanctioned physicians
- The Department of Health and Human Services' database of physicians that have been convicted of violations such as Medicare or Medicaid fraud
